We ship worldwide. We have quotes already set up for USA and Canada. Send us an email and we can give you a quote if you live elsewhere.

- I don't see a customization option for the Kandi that I would really like!
Send us a message via DM or via email to [email protected] and we will be happy to create a custom bracelet for you.

- When will your shaker claws be back in stock?
We are currently working on more sustainable production methods and this will take us some time. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an ETA on when we will be able to sell these again.

- How do I order custom shakers?
You should purchase them here, then fill out our form here.

- I was thinking about ( Shaker Claws, Teeth, Horns, etc ), can you do that?
Absolutely! We're happy to do custom orders and will do our best to make your dreams come true. Please keep in mind that custom 3D designs may cost extra as it does take us quite a while. Send us a message via this form or via email to [email protected].

- It would be cool if they had lights!
Not a problem! Placing an LED at the base of the nail would make it glow spectacularly. We could wire them up for you too! Send us a message and we can discuss how we could make this happen with batteries, wiring, etc.

- Can you make nails with no liquid?
Absolutely, but they won't be as clear as the baby oil gives it the glassy look.

- When will your other items be available?
We are working to add more items asap. Shirts, stickers, and other accessories will be available soon.

- I need help with my order? (with installation, or any other concerns).

Kandi Bracelets:
We will do our best to match the colors to what you envision, but our materials may not match exactly to the online visualizer.

Shipping:
- Buyer must arrange shipping with us after purchase if they requested a quote. We will provide an estimate for shipping ASAP. 
- We will refund products if you find the quote too expensive, or if we are unable to get in touch with you.
We are happy to work with you to find a reasonable cost for shipping. We will try our best to accomodate your needs.

Shaker Claw Damage Policy:
These products are handmade. They're pretty durable, but there is a chance they may degrade over time.
If a claw leaks, let us know and we will do our best to send you a replacement.
Please be weary of where you sew or add these claws to your costumes; and make sure they are not leaking at all before you glue them in. We are not responsible for any damage they may cause. They contain baby oil and the glitter you choose may contain some pigments which could stain fur or other fabrics.

Refunds:
We will not refund products if we have already started making them. Our products are handmade and made for each order. If you are purchasing a pre made product, we are happy to issue a refund prior to us packaging them up / sending them.

If you have extenuating circumstances you are still welcome to contact us to discuss how far along into an order we have gotten.

We will try our best to resolve issues fairly.

Delivery Estimates / Creation Time:

Due to the hand made nature of the products, we cannot guarentee delivery times. We try our best to have products sent out within a month. 

Sometimes our custom made products don't meet our standard and we have to remake them. This adds additional time to our estimates. 

We try to have things made and shipped out ASAP. 
We give ourselves extra time to maintain good quality, and in case we run into any major issues during the manufacturing process such as product or tool failure in our workshop.

Molds / Copies / Referenced Designs:

By purchasing any of our products you agree not to utilize them to create molds, copies, or as reference materials to create or sell similar products.

Fursuit Resale:
By purchasing a fursuit, or fursuit part from us, you agree:

The purchaser acknowledges and agrees that resale of the fursuit(s) acquired from Phosfur.us is permissible, provided that such resale is conducted within a two-year period from the date of purchase. However, the resale price shall not exceed the original purchase price of the fursuit(s), unless major alterations have been made or additional artistic elements have been added or bundled which demonstrably increase its value. Such alterations or additions may include but are not limited to significant modifications to the design, the addition of custom artwork, or the inclusion of supplementary costume pieces (e.g., additional tails). Any attempt to resell the fursuit(s) for a profit beyond the purchase price within the specified one-year period without such alterations or additions constitutes a breach of this agreement.
